Good Evening,Premont ISD is proud to announce that due to careful planning and a strong school year without unexpected closures from weather or emergencies, we will be passing along five additional days to our families and students.These days were originally built into our calendar as contingency days for bad weather or emergency events, but thanks to our committed staff, students, and supportive community, they were not needed.
As a result, there will be no school for students on the following dates:
Friday, May 16
Friday, May 23
Tuesday, May 27
Wednesday, May 28
Thursday, May 29
Baby U will continue to receive students and normal operations each of these days. Faculty and Staff will report to work as regularly scheduled days and times. Please note that the last official day of school for students will be May 22, and High School Graduation will still take place as scheduled on May 30 at 8:00 PM.
We are grateful for the opportunity to return this time to our families and hope it allows for rest, celebration, and continued learning at home. Thank you for helping us make this school year a safe and productive one.
